We empower underserved rural communities to script a better future for themselves through our multipronged, evidence-based, participatory approach. We have a special focus on women, youth and underserved communities in rural areas.
Women, considered principal agents of change, are among the key beneficiaries for our projects. We work with youth and children because early interventions with this demographic tend to create a more transformative, longer lasting impacts. We work with underserved and marginalized communities, empowering them to break social, cultural and economic barriers and building more dignified and hopeful futures.
We offer nursing & paramedical training to young women, helping them pursue higher education and formal, paid employment. This improved higher education attainment among girls, ensured financial security, reduced early marriages & early motherhood, and empowered young women. Sri Sai Paramedical Training Institute: Sri Sai Paramedical Training Institute is one of our activities in our project areas. Through this, we train young women to become nurses and paramedics. Several young women trained at our institute have moved towards socio-economic empowerment. At CNIMS Research Foundation, we provide scholarships to deserving students to prevent dropouts and also offer placements opportunities. This initiative has improved the percentage of young women pursuing higher education and employment while also reducing early marriage. The program includes awareness creation to help the young women to know their rights, develop skills and hone their hidden talents.
